Grilled tuna steaks with courgettes & potatoes

Ingredients
- Around 560g of fresh tuna steaks
- 400g of any small white potatoes
- 300g of courgettes chopped into thin strips
- 3 tbsp of olive or rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Place the potatoes into a saucepan with water and boil until cooked (15 to 20 mins)
- Preheat a grill pan, season the tuna steaks and coat the steaks with 2 tbsp of oil making both side are covered. Its important to put the oil on the fish rather than on the grill pan
- Grill the tuna for over 3 mins on each side – turn it over when it easily comes off the grill pan, it should come off with little effort
- Put the tuna to one side and cover it with foil
- Coat the strips of courgettes with oil and season with salt and pepper
- Place the courgettes into the same grill pan and cook for 2 mins
- Strain the potatoes and serve
